Veterans Caregivers Act - Includes a veteran who has a serious illness or injury (currently, a serious injury) incurred or aggravated in the line of active duty on or after September 11, 2001, as an "eligible veteran" for purposes of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program of comprehensive assistance for family caregivers of eligible veterans.
