E3 Initiative Evaluation Act - Directs the Comptroller General (GAO) to conduct a study regarding coordination of executive branch activities related to the Economy, Energy, and Environment (E3) Initiative to Support Sustainable Manufacturing.
Requires the Comptroller General to evaluate: (1) the amount of resources used by the Departments of Commerce, Energy (DOE), Labor, and Agriculture (USDA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Small Business Administration (SBA) in supporting Initiative activities; (2) the results and accomplishments of the participating agencies' activities undertaken through the Initiative to assist interested stakeholders; (3) barriers to more effective coordination among the participating agencies; and (4) ways to increase effective assistance to the stakeholders.
Requires the federal agencies that participate in the Initiative to: (1) continue such participation under the same terms and conditions as specified in the memorandum of understanding signed by the agencies on September 10, 2010, for at least three years after enactment of this Act; and (2) report to Congress on the Initiative by March 31st of each year.
