National Aeronautics and Space Administration Authorization Act of 2013 - Authorizes appropriations for FY2014-FY2016 for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
Authorizes NASA and NASA-related programs, activities and reports, including those with regard to human exploration, the Space Launch System and the Orion multipurpose crew vehicle, space radiation, the International Space Station (ISS), commercial crew transportation, the James Webb Space Telescope, the Wide-Field Infrared Survey Telescope, radioisotope thermoelectric generators, land imaging remote sensing data, aeronautics research, project and program reserves, NASA education programs, astronaut occupational health care, and near-Earth objects.
Establishes a space technology program.
