Recognizes the hardships that disabled U.S. citizens must overcome every day.

Reaffirms support of the Architectural Barriers Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Recommends that the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other public agencies install power-assisted doors to ensure equal access to all citizens.

Pledges to continue to identify and rectify the barriers that are preventing equal access to federal government services.
