Requires that lands included in the Area that are necessary for the continued operation, maintenance, and replacement of the Canadian River Project facilities remain under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Reclamation. States that nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect or interfere with the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to operate Sanford Dam and Lake Meredith under this Act. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to survey the cultural resources in the immediate vicinity of the Area.
