A bill to extend the authorization for appropriations to carry out the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

Authorizes appropriations, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as follows: $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, and $25,000,000 for fiscal years 1977 and 1978 to the Department of the Interior to carry out its functions under such Act; and $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1976, $500,000 for the transition period through September 30, 1976, and $5,000,000 for fiscal years 1977 and 1978 to the Department of Commerce to carry out its functions under such Act.
