A resolution amending the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow the defraying of office expenses incurred in connection with official duties from funds derived from certain political committees.

Amends rule XLVI of the Standing Rules of the Senate to provide that an unofficial office account does not include funds from contributions to: (1) the Member's principal campaign committee; (2) the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee; and (3) the national or State political party committee with which the Member is affiliated.
