Gold and Silver Labeling and Advertising Act - Prohibits the use, in advertising any article of gold or silver, of statements which indicate that the gold or silver in such article is of a greater degree of fineness than the actual fineness.

Prohibits any representation of the gold content of an article which is of less than ten karat fineness.

Stipulates that no article of merchandise shall be designated as "silver" unless it contains a specified amount of pure silver.
