A bill to make the death penalty mandatory for the offense of murder, or attempt to murder, the President of the United States or the President-elect.

Provides that the death penalty shall be mandatory for the offense of murder or attempted murder of the President of the United States, or the President-elect or the individual who is acting in the official capacity of the President. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 1751)
