Small Business Regulatory Information Act of 1980 - Requires each agency to publish in the Federal Register along with each proposed or promulgated rule the standard industrial classification code for each industry affected by such rule.
Requires the Director of the Federal Register to establish (in the Office of the Federal Register) a Small Business Information Center to provide a listing of rules applicable to any industry within a specified standard industrial classification.
