A bill to adjust the status of Indochinese refugees to that of lawful permanent residents of the United States.

Authorizes the Attorney General, in his discretion, in the case of any alien who is a native or citizen of Vietnam, Laos, or Cambodia and who has been inspected and admitted or paroled into the United States, to adjust the status of such alien to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence. Sets forth conditions for the granting of such adjusted status.

Applies this Act to the resident spouse and children of any alien whose status is changed pursuant to this Act.
