Deems a named deceased individual to have incurred a disability contracted in the line of duty in the active naval service during a period of war as a result of exposure to radiation from the detonation of a nuclear device over the Bikini Atoll, for purposes of determining eligibility for veterans' disability benefits.
Declares that receipt of benefits by such individual's survivors pursuant to this Act shall be in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States based upon such exposure.
