A bill to amend chapter 25 of title 18, United States Code to provide penalties for the forging of endorsements on, or fraudulently negotiating, United States checks or bonds or securities, and for other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to make it a Federal offense to forge endorsements on or fraudulently negotiate U.S. Treasury checks, bonds, or securities.

Provides for a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than ten years when the face value of such instrument exceeds $500.
