A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Senate that the Senate supports and encourages the President's efforts to encourage all nations to increase aid and resettlement assistance to Indochinese refugees, and that in conjunction with their effort the Attorney General should substantially increase the number of Indochinese refugees paroled into the United States, and for other purposes.
