A bill to transfer functions of the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals and to abolish such court.

Abolishes the Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals, effective September 30, 1988. Amends the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978, and the Federal judicial code to transfer the functions of such court to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
