A bill for the relief of Benjamin H. Fonorow.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to a named individual a specified sum representing the travel, transportation, and relocation expenses incurred in good faith reliance on erroneous information in his travel authorization in connection with his beginning employment with the General Services Administration. Relieves the individual of liability to the United States for amounts paid to him in connection with the same relocation.
