Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to a named individual for compensation for losses incurred by such individual relating to and a direct consequence of: (1) personnel actions taken by the Department of Defense affecting such individual's employment at the Department during a specified period; and (2) such individual's separation from service with such Department.
Exempts the payment from Federal, State, or local income taxes.
