Recognizing the 20th anniversary of the Executive Order 12898, Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations.

Commemorates the achievements of the environmental justice movement over the last 20 years.

Affirms that Congress should uphold the principles of environmental and climate justice.

Urges the President to: (1) address environmental justice issues in his climate change initiatives, (2) commit to focusing on greater oversight and supporting federal agency advancement of environmental justice, and (3) work with tribal leaders and communities to address their unique environmental justice concerns.
