Trauma Relief Access for Urgent Medical Assistance of 2014 - Appropriates amounts for FY2014-FY2018 to carry out the following programs under the Public Health Service Act:
- grants for regionalized systems for emergency care response,

- grants to promote access to trauma care services provided by trauma centers and trauma-related physician specialties,
- support for research in emergency medical care systems and emergency medicine, and
- grants for demonstration projects for the expansion and improvement of emergency medical services for children.
